On March 25th I had the great opportunity to accompany some students from our district on a trip to BYU to hear Mark Zuckerburg speak. In case you didn't know, cuz I didn't, he is the CEO and founder of FACEBOOK. He was being interviewed by Orrin Hatch.One thing that stuck out to me that Mark said was that we shouldn't fill roles that are already in existance...We should create our own roles to fill.
